Shipping and Handling Policy
Please note that shipping prices calculated are an estimate, and the actual charges will apply.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
Standard Delivery:
Standard deliveries normally ship
the same business day if received by 1:30 pm CST, pending credit
card authorization. All Domestic orders are shipped via US
Postal or UPS.

Express Delivery:
Express deliveries such as 3 day select,
2nd day Air, and Next Day Air normally ship the same business
day if received by 3:00 pm CST, following credit card
authorization. Express Delivery options are provided via UPS is
not available to P.O. boxes and some rural routes.
Time in Transit:
We ship to all fifty United States and
the following US territories: American Samoa, Guam, Marianas
Islands, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. All orders are
shipped via US Postal or UPS. Typically US Postal package time
in transit takes no longer than 3 days to arrive (including
Saturday). UPS time in transit for order shipped Ground from our
location can be determined below by associating the color code
of your area with the legend provided to the lower right by the
state of Alabama. These days are estimates and may not be
accurate 100% of the time. UPS ordinarily guarantees the day of
delivery for ground service to any address within the 48
contiguous states. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday
or holidays. Delivery can take longer during the Christmas
holiday rush.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Standard Shipping:
Due to stricter guidelines by
foreign customs, all International orders (excluding Canada) are mailed Federal
Express Economy, which typically takes 3-5 business days before
reaching customs. Canadian Orders may be shipped either Fedex Ground, which typically takes 3-7 business days or Fedex Economy,
which takes typically 1-3 business days.

Customs:
International customers may be subject to
import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment
reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance
must be borne by the customer. Nutrition 2000 has no control
over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs
policies vary widely from country to country therefore customer
should contact local customs office for further information.
Additionally, when ordering from Nutrition2000.com, customer is
considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws
and regulations of the country in which customer is receiving
the goods.
Customs authorities require us to state the value of the item
directly on the package. Generally, customs forms for
international packages will list the value of order's contents
by the price paid, excluding shipping costs. Privacy is
important to us, and we would like our international customers
to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening
and inspection by customs authorities.
International Customers Please Note:
Because Nutrition
2000 is not responsible for the actions of foreign customs,
should an order be returned by customs, Nutrition 2000 will
refund the price of product(s) minus a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping charges to and from another country will not be
refunded.
